Automatic Cotton Tissue Packing Machine can achieve soft cotton cloth laminated quantitative automatic sack packing, the layer of embankment filling, automatic push material, bag roll automatic running, on-line automatic bag making, automatic print code, automatic fill bag, automatic sealing, the finished product discharging, automatic suction waste during process of formation,automatic feeding, packing, discharging of processes.
Feature
1.The whole machine is composed of automatic feeding unit, packing unit and bag supply unit
2.Independent drive with full servo, short response time; Equipped with medium-sized bus PLC, more stable performance when running at high speed;
3.Online bag making, bagging and sealing are all completed automatically, which greatly improves the production efficiency of the equipment.
4.Adopt 10 inch LCD touch screen, easy to operate when setting parameters and changing
5.With bag drop detection, do not push the material in the case of unsuccessful bag opening, and automatically getting bag
6.The sealing of bag making adopts Omron temperature control system to control the heating tube. The temperature stability deviation is ± 1 ° to ensure the success rate of bag making
7.It has the function of material inspection. When there is no material, the bag can be taken waiting for material
8.Connect to front and rear equipments.
