Automatic Training Pads Packaging Machine (Roll film prefabricated bag)
Automatic Mat Packaging Machine can realize quantitative automatic bagging packing for mat,which is composed of stacking feeding, automatic pushing,bag roll automatic running, automatic printing code, automatic bagging, automatic sealing, finished product discharging, automatic waste suction and other processes, forming a complete set of production processes of automatic feeding, packaging and finished product discharging.
Feature
1.Suitable for adult mat, pet mat packaging.
2.Independent drive with full servo, short response time; Equipped with medium bus PLC, the performance is more stable when running at high speed.
3.Adopt 10 inch LCD touch screen, easy to operate when setting parameters and changing
4.With bag drop detection, do not push the material in the case of unsuccessful bag opening, and automatically getting bag.
5.It has the function of material inspection. When there is no material, the bag can be taken waiting for material.
6.The sealing of bag making adopts Omron temperature control system to control the heating tube. The temperature stability deviation is ± 1 ° to ensure the success rate of bag making.
7.The envelop adopts the form of prefabricated bag with roll film, there are two the roll film frame,one is used and the other is spare.
