Solenoid Coil Integrated Automatic Winding Machine
1.Solenoid Coil Integrated Automatic Winding Machine contains functions as: primary (suction and pull) winding, rubber covering, secondary winding (holding), secondary covering.
2. The actions that can be completed in the winding part: automatic up and down winding, winding without overlapping, automatic troughing, automatic winding, automatic cutting and preliminary trimming, and preventing the winding package from loosening.
3. The rotating worktable automatically rotates and rotates alternately, and the primary (suction and pull coil) winding can be loaded and unloaded at the same time, and the rubber cloth (including the masking paper), and the secondary (holding coil) winding can be greatly improved.
4.The work was originally completed by 4 people or more now can be completed by one person on Automatic Winding And Taping Integrated Machine.
5.The tensioner is precisely controlled by Mitsubishi magnetic powder wheels to ensure that the tension of the coil during the winding process is sensitive and stable on the monitor , it can display: spindle rotation direction, number of coils, angle, winding time, etc., when a failure occurs, the text automatically prompts the content of the failure.
6.Automatic thread trimming, no waste copper wire and saving cost.
